Hi all! I'm back with another iris-inspired polish from Alter Ego! This is part of Hella Handmade Creations which will be available on June 14th. This month, Cynthia was inspired by her own irises on her property! Apparently, if planted properly, they bloom every year. I have to look into this because I love annual flowers!
My Tall Bearded Iris: 3 coats. This is a bright yellow polish with white shimmer. It is so bright and sunny (and I actually did a sun stamp over this...then destroyed it before photographing lol). You could use a ridge filling base coat to minimize nail line, but I did not for these photos. You can see some nail line but it did not bother me at all. This is just such a happy polish with just the right amount of shimmer without being frosty. Considering that it's 90 degrees today, this is perfect for summer!
Here is the polish in the sun! It is just so cheery and uplifting! Just like the flowers that inspired it!
