Pastel Christmas Gradient

 Press Sample

Happy weekend! I am sharing my current mani today! When Starbucks released their winter cup collection, I immediately say this unusual pastel gradient mug. I knew I wanted to use it for a manicure so I amped it up and made it more festive! Let's take a look!

If you look at Starbucks, they have lots of fun merchandise. I actually grabbed a bunch of their gift cards because it has such cute nail art inspiration! I loved this idea of a pink Christmas manicure. There used to be a blogger that did Pinkmas manicures. I'm not a huge pink wearer, so I guess it is not a color I reach for often, but I super love this! I think the darker pink makes it better!

I used most Girly Bits colors since her cremes are very opaque. The color I used were:

  • White base: KBShimmer White Here White Now
  • Green: Girly Bits Let Love Grow
  • Pink: Girly Bits Love Yourself First
  • Darker Pink: Girly Bits Petal to the Metal

None of these are winter polishes, but they work so well with the snowy stamp! I used a white stamping polish as a Beauty Big Bang plate, I believe!

I wanted to share how I initially wore this mani, shiny! I really could not decide which way I enjoyed it more! So you can decide. The matte reminds me of a snowy day, but the shiny is just so pretty and vibrant!

I love this pink and pastel take on a Christmas manicure. What do you think?!
