13 Days of Halloween: Spooky Green Monster Nail Art

 Partial Press Sample

So last year I got a bag of Hershey kisses for Halloween that had the cutest motives as the rappers. They were green, blue, purple and had spooky characters on them. Of course I saved one of each to eventually do art. I noticed a lot of my manicures are orange and yellow-based so I wanted to mix it up and do something with green.

I’m not sure what kind of monster this is supposed to be but I love the look. There was also a blue and purple monster wrapper, but I was just feeling the green. I love the different sizes on the bloodshot eyes. It's creepy yet cute!

For the first time in many, many years, I decided to pull out a texture polish. When these came out, I was totally obsessed with them. I feel like I caught every single one I could from every single brand that released them. I don’t know why I fell out of that obsession but maybe I’m back into it now.

Colors used:

  • Green base: Kiko Sugar Mat 643: 2 coats (purchased)
  • Black: Girly Bits it’s definitely him
  • Red: Duri Cosmetics Hear Me Roar
  • White: Zoya Snow White
