Partial Press Sample
Hi all! It's a case of, why don't I ever take pictures after I do a manicure? Also, why did I not take pictures of the dress these nails were inspired by? Silly on all accounts!!!! This is what I wore for my dad's surprise birthday party and he loves orange. So yay!
I wanted to pull colors from the dress I wore. It was a beige dress that had pops of blue, yellow, and a deeper orange. My father's favorite color is orange, so naturally that is what I chose as my base!
Here are the colors:
- Base: OPI It’s A Piazza Cake
- Stamping: Zoya Honey, Zoya Bee, unnamed yellow gold stamping polish
- Plate: Nicole Diary L14
The blend of the stamping colors was much more obvious in person and close up. Really, I could have probably just stamped with Zoya Honey but my brain was like, MIX IT UP! Still, at least I knew it was there. I also have to mention how much I love this OPI. It's one of the 5 polishes I have purchased in the past 5 years. It's a favorite of mine in the autumn.
So there you have it. I'm so annoyed I didn't take a picture with the dress but it happens!

I have that polish in my Ulta cart. Can't decide if I need it. I love Panetone and actually planned on stamping with that too! Great minds!!
