Hello! Today I'm sharing a special polish that releases this Friday, August 23 and I wanted to get it posted because it's LE and available in limited quantities. When I first entered the nail polish community (probably around 2010--I may have been on Make Up Alley even earlier!), we used to send each other RAOKs, or Random Acts of Kindness. Sometimes it was a polish I really wanted, or a fun Halloween package. RAOKs were just so fun, so I'm really digging this new group! It's always nice to be thought of or to make someone else smile.

The Indie Love & Light
project was started as a way to bring more positivity and kindness to
the indie polish world. We'll be offering Shine as part of the RAOK
portion of the project. The idea being that you can purchase it to send
to someone else as a random act of kindness.
Shine: 2 coats plus top coat. Shine is
a periwinkle polish packed with shimmer. It has pink, gold, and
charcoal flakies.Combined with the shimmer, this sort of reminds me of periwinkle granite countertops. I love the mixture of colors together. Formula was excellent too! Lots of flakes, but totally opaque in two coats.

I knew the flakes in this begged to be matted. Boy, I was right. How stunning is this matte?! I was going to do art, but I didn't want to cover it up. This is a beaut.

I really like this speckled, stone look!
