4th of July Nail Art: Gradient Dots

Press Sample

Hi all! You might be celebrating Fourth of July weekend if you live in the US. How exciting that the US is going into the finals for the World Cup in just a few days?! So this mani is doing double duty, celebrating Independence Day and to support our women's soccer team! I really wanted to be low key, and went with my usual dots for this holiday mani!

I started with a base of Stella Chroma Snowy Evening. I really took a walk down memory lane with that one! This was the Black Friday LE from November 2016. Obviously, this isn't available anymore, but Stella Chroma has loads of gorgeous polishes. I really wanted a sparkly silver base, but didn't want mega holo.

Then I went realllll simple. I used Zoya Snow White, Hannah (red,) and Walker (blue) and did some random gradient dots. I like how the cremes pop against the silver base. Originally I was going to do a white base with red and blue shimmer dots, but opted for more sparkle with the base!

I love how Snowy Evening has a bit of holo sparkle. It so pretty! It dawned on my after I should have used the new Stella Chroma cremes: Hug the Road, Classic Red, and New Moon. They would have been perfect! I had just cleaned up my Zoya drawers, so they were on my mind!
