Block Nail Art with Spring Florals

So when I sat down to do these nails, I fully intended to do a neon nail art with the new KBShimmer collection. But then I realized I really was not ready for neon nails just yet and I really was in the mood for another floral. I know there has been a lot of florals on my blog lately, but hey if that is what inspires me when I sit down then that is what I am going to do. I try not to force nail art otherwise it just does not come out great. 

For today’s nail art look I have been seeing this sort of box with a flower look all over Instagram and Pinterest. I could not tell you where this look originated so if you know, please let me know so I can give credit. Rather than taking one look, I use the idea of an accent nail and mixing up the colors a little bit I hope you enjoy my inspiration. 

This Art May look complicated, but it only used four colors  

• Green: Jessica Cosmetics Boho Chic
• Light pink: Jessica Cosmetics Valley Girl 
• Dark pink: Jessica Cosmetics Look Both Ways 
• White: Stella Chroma High Noon

I thought doing the nail art of the flower boxes on all four nails would be chaotic. But when I did the green nail accents, I felt it needed a little something. The little touch of abstract flowers did the job. I alternated the colors of the petals on each nail too. I love this green so much. I reach for it all the time. My thumb was the same as my accent nail. I got busy and wore this for ten days hahah. It only chipped a little bit!
