Pusheen Calendar Series: A Look Back at 2019

Press Sample

Well, it's the end of 2019, so as tradition, I'm sharing two end of the year recaps. Let's start with my Pusheen art of 2019. I've now completed 3 years of Pusheen nail art! You can check out 2017 here and 2018 here.  It's fun to look at these and see the improvement (or not) of my Pusheen arts and see all of the designs. I haven't repeated my art at all, and that's why this series is so fun. So let's take a little walk down memory lane and look back at 2019.

January 2019: Happy New Year Pusheen. I love the coloring on this one. It's like an early 90s flashback and it was such a happy image to kickstart the new year.

February 2019: Pusheen in Love.  Cliche? Yes. But totally adorable. Look at how happy Pusheen is!

March 2019: Mermaid Pusheen.  Pusheen was too big for her (or his--Pusheen is a he to me) mermaid bottle, but I love the seaweed accents.

April 2019: Pusheen Sitting in the Rain. This was so different from previous Pusheen manis! I have never done the back of Pusheen, but he is still super identifiable. Just enjoy the rainy day, Pusheen!

May 2019: Cool Cat Pusheen. This was one of the more simplistic Pusheen arts, very cool dude.

June 2019: Cupcakes and Sprinkles Pusheen. One of my favorites and totally perfect for my birthday month! I need a Pusheen cupcake. Love the coloring on this one. That yellow is gorgeous.

July 2019: Surfing Pusheen. This was another favorite. I did not think it would come out well at all, but it did! Sometimes, I surprise myself. I love how bright and fun this is.

August 2019: Pusheen Balloons. One of my weaker ones, and that happens. I sometimes am just not feeling it, but it doesn't mean I wouldn't accept Pusheen balloons.

September 2019: Magical Pusheenicorn. I've done multiple unicorns but this is the first one with magic powers and a wand. LOL.

October 2019: Trick or Treat Pusheen. This was a first where I did two Pusheen nail arts based on the calendar image. My favorite holiday is Halloween and they stepped it up for the calendar! First is Pusheen eating all the candy!

October 2019 #2: Pusheen Witch. And here's Pusheen as a wish, telling the future of candy and pizza!

November 2019: Leaf Pile Pusheen. What is more autumn than leaf piles in the Northeast and that's what Pusheen is doing! I also used to jump around in leaves!

December 2019: Pusheen by the Fire. Pusheen ends the year relaxing by the first, post-holiday snacks. We can all wish for this!

That's a wrap of 2019 Pusheen nail art! And of course, darling got me the 2020 calendar, so I hope to continue this tradition! 3 whole years of Pusheen nail arts. Can you dig it?!
