Easter Carrot Nail Art

 Press Sample

I do not know where time went (just kidding, it went to a severely broken nail and a two-week sickness) and I cannot believe Easter is this weekend. I have sooo many ideas and at this point, let's see if I post two by Easter. I wanted to share my first cutie look, so let's get to it.

When I saw some carrot nail arts on Pinterest, I thought they were just darling. I liked the ideas of the black dots as little speckles. I thought I had a speckled top coat and apparently I did not. Of course, something fun did arrive in the mail after I did this manicure, but oh well!

Here are my colors:

  • Base: Stella Chroma Pueblo, 3 thin coats
  • Orange: Jessica Cosmetics Sahara Sun
  • Light orange: Zoya Arizona
  • Green: Zoya Josie
  • Light green: Jessica Cosmetics Love You Very Matcha
  • Black: Stella Chroma New Moon

I wanted to share that inside, Pueblo reads more pink whereas in the sun, it has more yellow. I love that hint of shimmery pastel against the carrots! Originally, I did just one green and one orange for the carrots, but I added some extra oomph with lighter shades of each color. I love that these are organic carrots, as you can see they vary in shape and size. LOL.

So what do you think of my Easter nail art? I like that it is more spring than anything but is a cute nod to Easter bunnies and their favorite treat.

  1. I love the basecoat you used. It's the perfect neutral shade. Your manicure is so fun. It reminds me of the icing carrots on top of a carrot cake . Of course the dots are the icing on top. Always perfect . Happy Easter. Thanks for sharing. 💜

    1. I have quite a dent in this Stella Chroma because I reach for it often for nail art. I did not make the connection to icing! You are so right! I have one more look I want to do but I won't get it completed in time so I have decided bunnies are for all spring!
