13 Days of Halloween: Sugarfina Ghost Nail Art

Press Sample

I can't even with this nail art today. I stopped by Whole Foods, which is actually my local grocery store, and I was distracted by the Sugarfina store right next to it. Normally, I wouldn't dare spend $8 on a cube of candy, but Halloween displays slay me. They had an amazing promotion, so I caved and got two of the Halloween candies. Well, of course, I had to do some nail art.

First, I need to pat myself on the back for finding the perfect orange to match the packaging of the candy container, which I posed with below. I loved that creamsicle orange color, which goes with the flavor of the candy: creamsicle gummy ghosts!

I started with 2 coats of Jessica Cosmetics Boho Babes which is an older color and actually currently on sale for $5! It's just a gorgeous, almost pastel neon, orange creme.

Then I went to town painting my ghosts using a black and white creme. I added the little witch hat detail with KBShimmer Spice Things Up.

I added the BOO well, because ghosts say BOO! I love how the matte top coat further made it match the packaging.

Now here is me trying to post with the cube! The Sugarfina cube has pretty much become iconic within the packaging world. And for sure, the packaging is what won me over. How cute are these ghosts and I love the 3D aspect! I plan to put some nail art items in it like small packages of rhinestones or flakes. I'm all about reusing.

Are these cute or what? Have you tried Sugarfina? They are pricey, but super cute and definitely tasty. I'm seriously debating grabbing the last one and doing nail art with all of them!
