KBShimmer Hella Holo Customs: One Holo-of a Storm, Pinking of Paradise, and That Goes Without Cyan

Press Sample

It's hump day, which also happens to be holo day here on the blog! It's also syllabus day, since I spent all morning updating my syllabus for the upcoming semester. We have a new textbook, so I have a lot more reading to do! Anyway, KBShimmer is teaming up with Hella Holo Customs again, bringing us three sunset inspired polishes with, of course, holo! These three polishes can be purchased only if you're a part of the Facebook group, which I've linked at the bottom. You don't want to miss these, and you only have until the end of the month to grab them!

KBShimmer Hella Holo Customs: One Holo-of a Storm, Pinking of Paradise, and That Goes Without Cyan

One Holo-of a Storm: 2 coats plus top coat. I think this is my favorite of the three! It's a super rich sapphire blue, with pink shimmer and tons of holo microglitter. I used top coat just to smooth it out. I think I gravitate towards this shade of blue the most, and I think it will be beautiful on any skin tone. The shimmer is much more evident in person than my photos, but it is there!

You can see the flashes of pink here! It's so pretty!

Of course, here's your sunshine shot!

Pinking of Paradise: 3 coats. I have a very opaque free edge so my index needed a third coat, so I did all the nails. Really, two will be fine. This pink holo flake shimmer (just like the Summer Vacation collection) is pretty but it's the blue shimmer that makes my mouth drop! It's really offsets the pink color!

Sunlight shots. Hi blue shimmer. You're pretty!

It also looks awesome in the shade!

That Goes Without Cyan: 2 coats. This is the most linear holo of the three. I'm also more partial to the other holo finishes, but I know linear holo lovers will love this! It's a teal cyan based holo. What sets it a part is the orange flakes thrown in. Those orange flakes make me love this!

My eyes! Look at that holographic flame in the sun! You can easily see the flecks of orange.
