Nerd Lacquer Home of the Untempered Schism

Hi All! Here is my only other Nerd Lacquer. A dear polish friend graciously sent me two and I will cherish them forever. I've said it many times and I'll say it again, there are some amazing people in the polish community.

Well I'm still backlogged with some autumn themed manis I did. I hope you are following my on Instagram (Michak23) as I've been updating that much more. I'm going to attempt to post all my backlogged manis, and then give you what you really want, holiday themed nail art. Like with Halloween, I'll do some before and afters :)

I started with sheswai what (weird name). I used one coat with no top coat. Super pigmented and shiny. I only have a handful, but all of the sheswai polishes have blown me away. I then layered one coat of Nerd Lacquer Home of the Untempered Schism. Unfortunately, I think I chose the wrong base of this. I didn't like the polish at two coats alone because the base drowned the gorgeous glitters. Next time, I think I will layer this over OPI Goldeneye. I think that will really bring out the glitters.

I think the smaller red glitters and iridescent glitters really set this apart. This is a more muted glitter than others, but it was a nice change.
