Zoya Sweetie Spring 2026

Hey it's spring! I mentioned I was entering my pastel mood, so perfect timing to share this collection from Zoya! This collection is definitely a spring collection and it is inspired by a delicious dessert. So let’s check it out.

 

 

Inspired by the irresistible pastel tones of French macarons, Sweetie features six playful shades that feel fresh, modern and effortlessly wearable. 

 

Lolly: 2 coats. A dusty rose candy pink. This is a great basic pink. The formula was excellent and it went on smoothly and two coats. It’s very wearable as it’s a bit muted and not so bright. I think it will suit all skin tones.  It did stain a bit on my cuticles upon removal, so just be aware of that if you have some loose cuticles like I did.

Sugar: 1 coat over Lolly. 2 coats. A sparkling rose gold. Zoya has been doing a lot of these sheer sparkly topcoats. I do like the base of this color, but there is sparkly golden glitter. I like the addition of glitter, but there had to be a lot more. As you can see it only naturally went on one finger and it sort of looks like a mistake. So I think sticking with the shimmer would have probably been better rather than random glitter. I tested two coats of this on its own, and I knew it would never be opaque, and I would never wear it on its own, but figured I would share. If you wanted the bigger glitters, you would have to turn this upside down for a while. They  recently released Khione then Zarin so I feel like I’m sort of done with these top coats.

 

 

Daria: 2 coats. A rich raspberry pastel. This could have been a one coater, but I did two for good measure. This is another great purple and it would be a gorgeous pedicure. It has a bit of neon as it dry down a little matte, but it had an excellent formula. It pulls more purple than red raspberry for me so I don’t know where the raspberry description comes from.

 

Lila: 3 coats. A muted lilac pastel. Unlike the previous two creams, Lila was extremely watery. I ended up giving it a good shake after the first coat, but there was no fixing how thin this formula was. It’s a bummer because this is a really pretty color., Like Daria, this one has a bit of neon in it and dried down matte. This ended up being very patchy and immediately went into my purge pile. I have other Zoya's like Tina that have similar color vibes, but way better formulas. I left it patchy as I don't believe in four coats of a polish.

 

Fia: 3 coats. A powder blue with soft sheen. This is a really pretty blue and not a color I see from Zoya a lot. The shimmer is very subtle in photographs, but more visible in person. No complaints about this blue as I think it’s something unique and very pretty.

 

Arden: 3 coats. An icy aqua mint shimmer.  This color screams spring. Again I feel like it’s been some time since we’ve seen a color like this from this brand, although not entirely unique and I have a few like it that I will have to compare. Although it is called aqua mint, it is definitely blue on me. Like other colors, this one is a bit patchy.

Overall, I thought this collection was fine. Two creams have great formulas and the two shimmers are something new. As I mentioned before Sugar is something that I don’t see myself reaching for and Lila had a watery formula so I could do without those.
