Zoya Perfector Plus Opals

Zoya has a new line of Opals Perfectors which are meant to be sheer shimmery toppers. I actually love toppers like this. If you search my blog, I loved using Essie Kisses and Bises, which is a shimmer topper. I actually basically finished a bottle of it, because I used it for French manis all the time. So I was super excited when I received the press release for these! Let's look at them.

According to Zoya, 

Like Pure Perfector Plus, each Opal shade is infused with a proprietary conditioning blend that works while you wear it. This lightweight treatment helps support surface smoothness, comfort, and the overall appearance of natural nails, with continued improvement over time.  

Perfector Plus Opals are designed with a built-in base coat for easy, one-step wear. If you prefer extra tone-perfecting or want to customize your result, you can still apply Pure Perfector Plus underneath and layer your chosen Opal shade on top.

Here are the description of the three colors:

Opal Pink Perfector Plus: A sheer pink perfector that enhances the natural flush of the nail with soft opalescent diffusion for a balanced, refined finish. I have one coat on my middle nail. 

Opal White Perfector Plus: A clean, sheer white perfector that brightens and perfects the natural nail with airy clarity and subtle light reflection. I have one coat on my ring nail.

Opal Lavender Perfector Plus: A sheer lavender perfector designed to neutralize discoloration and enhance clarity with soft opalescent light. I have one coat on my index and pinky.  

I added one coat over L.A. Girl Barely There, which does have a tint of yellow. It actually helped to see the differences in the three opals. I definitely plan to do a French mani with these too! The purple is harder to see out of all of them. I will definitely use these over the Zoya Naked kit, which I actually use throughout the year.

I really love these top coats. The shimmer is strong! One coat is all your need. Some shimmer top coats can look frosty. I also enjoy that these do not have a green shimmer, which many brands throw it. It's more blue and purple!
