I go through such phases of stamping and then I don't do it for a while. Well, I love this new stamping plate from Beauty Big Bang and I can't wait to return to it. I didn't want to hold on to it for months though, so I'm showing it now and I'll be back! Who doesn't love a little love bird stamping?

Here is an overview of the plate. As always, click on the image to see it larger so you can really see the images. Even though this is called a floral plate, you can see some autumn images and I can't wait to use the tree and falling leaves image to the left later in the fall! I decided to use a fabulous new Stella Chroma for the base of my stamping. This polish is part of the trio that will be available on September 27th. I'll stay quiet for now, but are you crying from how beautiful this is?!
I was going to do some reverse stamping but kept it very simple. I adore how the black plays against the metallic holo foil rose gold.
The plate is etched nicely. I did struggle a little with the wording image, but it was more me than anything and the angle of where it is on the plate.

I had to matte this! Ughhh, it.is.awesome. I love how the black stamping pops off the matte flakes and the metallic color. The birds are just so in love! So what do you like more: matte or shiny? I can't decide!
