That's What She Said: 2 coats plus top coat. I love this polish! It's a bright blue turquoise with pink shimmer and darker micro flakes. It's complex and bright and I like it on my skin tone.

Your Face: 1-3 coats. Alone you will need 3 coats but if you layer this polish is awesome with one coat.I'm showing you all the ways you can wear this polish! It dries matte and I think that's how I like it the most. I love it alone too. It's so delicate and a beautiful palate cleanser without being a plain white.
