I Got Slimed: 3 coats.

Inspiration & Color Description: Photo of pink slime. An intentional sheer jelly brighter pink, for the person who
might like to make their own jelly mani using a glitter topper, or it can add
another layer of color to a plain creme
Thoughts: At first, I was like like oh no, a sheer pink. But it is neon enough that I really like it! I can totally see this as the perfect jelly sandwich! That is when you put a glitter or flake top coat in between the jelly. It's a cool effect but I wanted to share this on its own. Look at how squishy it is!

Unscented Bath Bomb with Slime
Cost and Cap: $7.50, no cap.
Scent: My signature Bath Bomb bubbling formula, a large bath bomb
that has a commercially made slime ball embedded in it.
Without the slime ball it
is about 3 ounces of product. Because of the rich ingredients, you might want to use this in 2-3 rounds or you may feel greasy.
Thoughts: I did not get a chance to use this yet. I am in heatwave #2 and I just can't even try to take a bath lol. I decided to give it to my niece because she loves baths always and I cannot wait for her to see the slime in the center! I had hoped to take pictures but haven't been able to. I have used this product before those and it is super moisturizing.

Name: Citrus Cooler Sugar Scrub
Cost and Cap: $10, no cap.
Scent: In the late ’80s, one of the coolest
drinks to hit the lunchbox was a movie-themed, green-colored,
orange-flavored drink featuring our favorite slimy neon green ghost Citrus
Cooler is inspired by that ectoplasm-inspired drink. A bright and
fresh scent, we can smell notes of orange with grapefruit, lemon and
lime, adding to the citrus feel of this scent. Subtle hints of
cucumber, jasmine, pineapple, blackberry, and champagne add sparkle and
depth for the perfect juice-inspired scent!
Thoughts: I.LOVE.THIS. Actually, a few years ago, they re-released Ecto-Cooler when the all female
Ghostbusters came out. You bet that I bought it. Turns out, it's way too sweet for me now but I looooove the scent and I love it in the sugar scrub mode vs the drink mode. Just as a note, both of my sugar scrubs in this post melted a little because the heat waves here are bad. The feels like with humidity is 100-104, but the scrubs are still great!

He Slimed Me!: 3 thin coats plus top coat, then matte.

Inspiration & Color Description: We all have those classic flicks; the ones that you come across on TV
and stop channel surfing to watch again and again. For me, the iconic
'80’s classic ghost-fighting movie that made slime cool was one of
them. By the end, we all knew exactly who we were going to call if we
saw a ghost! He Slimed Me! is a slime-colored neon green polish.
We loaded this shade with color-shifting flakes that show off glimmers
of gold and green. A hint of holographic micro flakes completes this
ectoplasm-inspired polish.
Thoughts: I love how well this matches the sugar scrub. This is the exact color I wanted in the KBShimmer Endless Summer collection and now I get why that was a more subdued look because she had this one up her sleeve. Like the next two polishes, I like to do three thin coats, with the last coat being very thin so I can have more flakes!

Inspiration & Color Description:
An infrared photo of the M16 Eagle Nebula.You Are Stellar is a teal leaning green with pink iridescent color
shift flakes, pink Aurora shimmer, and holographic microflakes.
Thoughts: Give me all these shifting flake colors. The aurora shimmer is much more obvious in person. But I love the shade of this teal. It is so flattering. And I really like the pink flakes against the teal base. I think teal and pink are a perfect combo and this color is awesome!

Scent: Our emulsified sugar scrub is scented in Misty Morning scent this month.
This refreshing floral totally smells like OG Herbal Essences from the
90’s. It’s amazing!! And for the first time, Stella Chroma has had to cap, so act fast!
Thoughts: As soon as I smelled this, I knew it was familiar! Once Pam said Herbal Essences, I was like YES! It is so refreshing for this hot, summer weather. It's just so clean.

Recreational Chemistry: 3 thin coats plus top coat. But it's opaque in 2!

Inspiration & Color Description: A bright blue leaning purple cream base packed with UCC flakies that
shift in every shade of green, pink, and purple.
Thoughts: Like I mentioned in my post of Wednesday, this is a blue or a purple depending on skin tone and lighting. I love it either way. I did a very, very thin third coat to load on the flakes. I wore this for a week with no chips. I love the SC formula and I love this color!
