Hope you are all doing well, or as well as you can be doing, during this time. I've been doing my nails about one to two times a week, so yes, I'll be a bit quieter on the blog front. When I saw the soothing color palette of Morgan Taylor Editor's Picks collection, I knew I had to create some sort of relaxing nail art and what is more relaxing than listening to crashing waves?

I used the base of three coats of Call My Blush, my favorite of the collection. It's so girly and has the right amount of sheerness for a delicate look.
I then used the more opaque colors: Going Vogue, It's Your Mauve, and I Speak Chic to create waves. I went real rustic with this and just used the side of the brush. I initially took out a striping brush but decided why not go even more simple!?

I had to see this matte. My matte top coat went wonky on my index. I have no idea why. If you do, tell me! Because I love the way this looks matte, but the index came out weird! Anyway, this is so delicate and pretty. Call My Blush is just gorgeous matte!
