Bee's Knees Polish Con NOLA Limited Edition Trio

Press Sample

Unfortunately, Bee's Knees Lacquer will no longer be attending Polish Con NOLA but the great news is that this trio will be sold at the Ever After table and this special New Orleans Trio will be on the Fairy Site! And they will be the same price for both, so get excited! I love the inspiration and the color story of this trio. I even wore one for a manicure right away and can't wait to wear the rest.

Bee's Knees Polish Con NOLA Limited Edition Trio

Casket Girls: 3 coats plus top coat. $15. Inspired by the legends of the nuns of Ursulines (it was thought they carried vampires in their casket shaped trunks); this is a white polish with larger particle OG UP and green to blue ghost flakes. I actually wore this one for a few days because I loved it so much! I like a white polish and add some flakes and YES. I did not realize this have UP shimmer so I didn't take photos at the correct angle, whomp. I still think this is a stunning and delicate polish.

Loup Garou: 3 coats, 2 had slight VNL. $10. Inspired by the Cajun werewolf legends, this a a mushroomy taupe with red to green shimmer. This is a lovely neutral color and the shimmer is so strong and stunning. Now I thought this one had UP shimmer haha, so I took lots of awkward lighting pictures to show you the gorgeous shifts. I do appreciate a gorgeous shimmery neutral.

Grunch: 2 coats. $10. The Grunch is a sort of bayou chupacabra, this is a murky aqua polish with red to green shimmer and holographic flakes. I can't decide which polish is my favorite of the trio, but I think this one sneaks just past Casket Girls. I love the combination of the green base, the flakes, the shimmer. It's perfection in a bottle for me. Formula is excellent.

These will retail between $10-$15 (see each swatch above) and will be the same price on the Fairy Site. Even thought Bee's Knees won't be attending the con anymore, I think it's awesome that anyone going can still grab these and that they were able to provide these. Remember, they will be available at the Ever After table (or at least right next to it!).

You can purchase tickets to Polish Con HERE.

  3. These look wonderful. I love the name Loup Garou. I remember when I first saw it in a book and had to find out what it meant. Since then I smile when I see it. That polish is very pretty.
