Stella Chroma Summer Diversions for Summer 2018

Press Sample

Summer collections are in full force right now. Remember how I wanted to take a few weeks of blogging? Especially since I have 4 trips in June OMG. Well, fail. There's too many gorgeous summer collections that need to be shared, which includes Stella Chroma's Summer Diversions collection. When it was snowing and awful, Pam from Stella Chroma was looking online to remind herself of warmer weather, hence diversions!

Stella Chroma Summer Diversions

Summer Sandals: 2-3 coats. You will definitely get away with two coats with this polish. I needed three because I have such an opaque white edge. This is a squishy magenta berry pink holo. It's so squishy. The linear holo is prominent in normal indoor lighting and goes pow in the sun.

Check her out in the sun. I love the squishy holo jellies.

Lounging With Limoncello: 3 coats. Yes, you can see VNL but I knew that would occur because of my opaque free edge. It's honestly not as noticeable in person. The color payoff is worth it to me. If you fear you might have VNL, you could do one coat of white and two coats of Limoncello. This is so neon yellow and bright. It has some shimmer in it that really comes out in person.

This is just so fun. In person, I swear the shimmer is much more prominent. It's not so heavy that it takes away from the amazing yellow base.

I find that neons super pop in the shade, and more accurately show just how neon a neon is, lol. This one looks almost like a lime/lemon crossover in the shade.

Juicy Fruits: 2-3 coats. This was my favorite, believe it or not. I feel like it's a color you might not appreciate until you see it in person. This is a juicy (hence the name) watermelon color base loaded with shifting shimmer and green flakes. The shimmer and flakes are sooooo pretty. I put it on and was like, what is this rainbow on my nails?! Again, 2 is fine but my pesky index nail always has VNL!

Stooooop. Ugh, this has orange, pink, and gold shifts. So gorgeous.

Garden Treasures: 3 coats plus top coat. This is definitely a garden green and it reminds me of delicate leaves on flowers. It's accented with iridescent flakes and a bit of shimmer. I love flakes in polishes like this. I also love greens like this.

I love the iridescent pops of color with the matte top coat.

Coral Couture: 3 coats.  This coral polish is so juicy and pretty. It's loaded with iridescent flakes and shimmer. I love how this one is so delicate but smacks a punch with the flakes.

So many flakes!! I love how purple and gold seem to be the prominent colors against the coral. It works so well.

Can you believe how stunning this is matte? I could, because I knew those flakes would be amazing matte.

Wild Blooms: 3 coats plus top coat. What can I say about this polish? I fully expected it to be my least favorite: it's dark and it is purple. Holy cow, WOW. This is stunning. It's a royal purple with in your face aurora green to gold shifting shimmer and green to gold flakes. I love this so much I could cry.

There's even some secret red shift as you swivel around in your office chair, or you know, like go about your day and do stuff.

And matte, because a polish with this much shimmer and flakes deserves matte. It's so stunning. The flakes and shimmer just pop off the polish.

So what do you think of this collection? I love the variety. I was surprised that my favorite is Wild Blooms, as I'm not a dark polish nor a purple gal. I also LOVE Juicy Fruits, Garden Treasures, and Limoncello, and whatever, get them all. You can use the non-affiliate code of EHMKAY for 15% off too! These will release on June 15 at Noon EST for $12 each.
