If you're like me, you have a bunch of plates in a giant bag. Every time you want an image, you dump out the plates, and then one by one start removing the plates until you find the right image. Twenty minutes later, you are tired and don't want to stamp anymore haha. So here comes a much better solution to that problem!
Born Pretty Stamping Plate Holder |
The stamping plate holder consists of 20 slots, so it can fit 20 plates that are rectangular or 40 of the small square ones. The holder is made of PVC according to the site, so it does have a plastic-y smell once you open it, but I found that dissipates out of the packaging. There's a one clasp holder.

One thing that was weird was that it seemed like the slots were backwards. It works this way, but I kept trying to put the plate in as I opened it, but the insert was BEHIND the opening. I think you can more easily see what I mean.

I am not sure why I thought my huge plates would fit, but they obviously don't. I need to buy a big one for those plates. This is meant for plates the size on the left.

As you can see, it's meant to fit the thinner rectangular plates. I have about 20 of those so this will be perfect. I'm so tired of taking plates out of the sleeve to search for an image.

You can also fit in two small square plates, if you have a bunch of those. Of course, it won't be as snug, so there might be some slippage. But when the latched is closed, I didn't have issues with anything falling out after throwing it around.

The stamping plate holder retails for $5.99 and can be found HERE. They actually carry a few options of colors and the amount of slots. So happy browsing!

You did a wondrful review of this product. I think this is a great product for if you want to bring a few plates along on vacation or over to a friend house. For me it doesn't make sense because my image plate collection is huge, Id need at least 25 of these if not more.
