Paint Box Polish Solstice and Purple Monochromatic Nail Art

Press Sample

It's Thursday! Almost the weekend. Today I'm showing you a monochromatic nail look for November's Nail Challenge Collaborative theme with beautiful polishes from Paint Box Polish. Paint Box Polish is releasing a new collection this Saturday (and I'll show you it then!) but I love to look at the core polishes too. Today I'm focusing on Solstice.

Solstice: 2-3 thin coats. For me, the polish was perfectly opaque in 2 coats, but depending on your application, you may use 3. Solstice is a beautiful purple duochrome polish that shifts to a turquoise (look at the shimmer) and has purple flakes. The flakes are hard to see in photos, but I m wearing this manicure right now and they are very evident in person. The flakes make Solstice a more unique polish. It's really a must for any purple lover. The polish dries matte so use top coat for shine!

I then added purple dots with a new Paint Box Polish creme that I will show you on Saturday! To complete my monochrome look for The Nail Challenge Collaborative's theme, I added purple glitter butterfly stickers from Overall Beauty. I topped everything with one coat of top coat.
