I actually got these flakes a while ago from Beauty Big Bang but I immediately ordered the Lina Halloween plate and that eyeball image was like, "Hey Michelle, stamp me over chameleon flakes." So I listened and waited and boy, am I happy?!

OPI Turn on the Northern Lights: 2 coats. I grabbed this one from the Iceland collection because it's sooo pretty! If I wore it alone, I would probably do a third coat. It was the perfect base for the flakes.

Here are the chameleon flakes. This color is 12A. There are 12 colors and I honestly want them all. I've been having so much fun with them. You can find them HERE and they are $2.99 each. Remember, you can use MICH10 for 10% off. These shift from purple, to blue, to green. Ture mermaid colors.

After the two coats of the OPI, I added a sticky base coat and let it dry for 2 minutes. Then I dabbed on the flakes!

As if they weren't gorgeous enough indoors, look at the color shift outside. I really love these flakes and I had an idea for all the colors I have for an epic mani in November.

Then I stamped the eye image from the Lina Spookilicious 01 plate. I love how the flakes show through and they are extra spooky! Plus, how awesome are the flakes matte?
