Jessica La Vie En Rose Ombre Waves Nail Art

Press Sample

I shared this collection last week and promised you art. I saw THIS art from So Hot Right Nail on Instagram and it was so simple but striking. When I got the Jessica collection, I knew I wanted to re-create it! And now that I've done it, I want to do it all the time. It's so simple but so beautiful.

I started with a base of Lavender Lush, the only purple in the collection. I did that so the pinks and creams could work together as an ombre.

I went in and painted waves with each color. I started with Peony as my base, then Posh, then Pinkies Up, then Cheeky. I sort of ran out of space but was able to fit a tiny bit of Lavish, so I did my tip with that. So if you decide to do this with 5 colors, just make your waves thinner.

I sat down expecting this to take hours. I did one color wave at a time on all my nails. It actually took only like 35ish minutes for both hands!

Each color retails for $9. I just love how they all look together. It's a cohesive colors and art like this shows just how different the pinks are. I'm glad I gave myself a moment to do some art!
