Who doesn't love a good emoticon? Sometimes they are too much fun to use and I use way too many.

I started with a base of OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls and painted on giant yellow dots with OPI I Just Can't Cope-cabana. Then I added smaller dots. I drew smiley faces in the larger circles. Lastly, I added the magnifying studs over the emoticons. I fudged the index and pinky but the middle nails came out well!
