Today I have something different! I received these detangling hair brushes by Tangle Teezer while at Cosmoprof. I've been using the regular size for just about a month and I can't wait to share my experiences with this brush. Tangle Teezer

Tangle Teezer comes in two sizes, the regular and compact. First I will go over the regular size, as I have been using that in my routine for almost a month and so has my boyfriend!

Tangle Teezer is a detangling brush made in the UK. The brush is made of sturdy plastic with bristles that conform to hair, yet detangle it. The bristles are NOT harsh at all. The shape of the Tangle Teezer also is ergonomic and fits into my hand perfectly. But it isn't once size fits all; it fits perfectly into my boyfriend's hands which are much larger than mine. For men, this is awesome! He loves the way it feels on his hair and I hope to pick him up one in  black as it is male friendly (although this neon one is cool!).

Now from the female perspective. I have very long hair and when I brush my hair with a normal brush, I tend to shed quite a bit. I've used Tangle Teezer on both wet and dry hair and it feels great on both. I also find I have been shedding significantly less when I brush with Tangle Teezer. I also have very straight hair. When I curl my hair, I tend to put in a lot of hair spray to hold the curl. The Tangle Teezer is THE PERFECT (yup, perfect) for brushing out my curls. I usually lose a lot of hair doing this, and with the Tangle Teezer, it's such a life and hair saver! I can brush out my curls with ease. This is really great news for any person who is looking for a safe way to brush hair.

The Tangle Teezer is also easy to clean. With other brushes, I can never really get it perfectly clean. This is not an issue with the Tangle Teezer. I love the bright neon of the one I chose!

The compact version isn't that compact but would be great for a tote (not for a small purse or clutch). I love that there is an insert with a removable cover so you won't get it dirty in your purse. The sleek color isn't ostentatious either if you want to take it out and use it in public.

There are a lot of Tangle Teezer "fakes" so make sure if you want this product, you are purchasing for an authorized retailer, which you can find through the Global Sales tab on the Tangle Teezer web site. It is also available at Sally Beauty Supply and Sephora. (If you google, it seems it is at Target as well as a few other stores.) You can also like them on Facebook.
