Alter Ego Taupiarist with Born Pretty Rhinestone Stickers

Press Sample
Good morning! Today I'm showing a delicate and simple manicure, that with the addition of stickers, really elevates the manicure. Let's get to the details.

Let's look at these stickers first. This sheet retails for $1.59 and comes with 80 stickers! So you could get 8 full manicures (more than one sticker on a nail might look cluttered) or dozens with accent nails. The choice is yours. This particular pattern has crowns and emblems (D 1077).

I began with two coats of Alter Ego Taupiarist, a taupe holo polish, which can be found HERE. I really wanted the stickers to have a neutral base (and swatches of Alter Egos to come tomorrow!) After that dried for a few minutes, I chose a few stickers. The stickers were easy to peel off and laid completely flat on my nail.

I originally planned to do dots around the stickers, but I found them to be so pretty, that I didn't want to take away from the stickers!

Born Pretty has a large selection of nail art supplies among other items. I was really surprised how much I liked these stickers! Sometimes I feel nail stickers are for kids, but these were somewhat royal and really pretty!
