Heyyy! Polish Pickup returns and Stella Chroma was inspired by...shoes. Can you guess which ones? This is a deep and moody polish and it releases Friday so let's get to it!
Stella Chroma Dr's Orders – No Cap - $13.50
Dr’s Orders has a black creme base with a heavy helping
of purple shimmer and scattered purple chrome flakies. It was inspired
by my most desired shoe of my high school years…. Black and purple Dr
Martens. Sadly, they were out of teen Pam’s price range and I never got a
pair. :(
Drs Orders: 2 coats plus top coat. Love the inspiration and I absolutely can see the boots in this polish. I also never had the boots but I am not sure I wanted them at the time...I was way too young. I love how this is a deep purple that leans black but in certain lighting, wow, that purple. There's also pretty little flakes. I don't wear black polish on its own but I do love interesting black polishes so this is awesome.
The next three pictures are with flash. I wish I had sun to take pictures in. There is much more pictures than my photos are showing. The purple shimmer is there and saying hello.
And here it is with matte! I just love the flakes but this definitely is not a flakie polish. It is a nice hint of flake!

Great color. I rarely wear colors this dark cause as soon as it chips its gotta come off. This would be great for stamping Halloween designs. Thanks for sharing. 💜💜

I also don't really wear dark colors unless it is with art. I hate chipped polish. I have to fix the chip or remove the polish too.
