August's Makers Dozen theme is tropical fish. Fish are so cool. I had a beta fish as a pet but yea, I'm not good at keeping fish. So I'll just save the tropical fish and look at them. I love seeing the natural colors and patterns of fish, so I can see why this would be a great theme for makers! This polish is available August 1, which is Thursday!

It's just too hot and dipping in and out of the ocean every five minutes is more exhausting than fun to me LOL, so I'm living through Pusheen.

That was partly due to the heat wave and the 111 degree heat index and I couldn't be bothered to do my nails, but I also just loved this look!

I know I usually take the weekend off, but I wanted to give you a heads up on the Humboldt Soap Company Raspberry Shortbread Shampoo Bar, as it will be available via Amazon Prime Day July 15 and 16. I previously reviewed their Cremeplexion Moisturizer and I JUST finished my jar! I was browsing their site, and I am loving Humboldt's attention to the environment. I noticed a refill of the moisturizer in a cellulose bags! HOW COOL?! I plan to definitely grab that! But today, I'm focusing on the shampoo bars, so let's check out my review.

Girly Bits July Cotm: Your Palace or Mine? & What's the Dune?

Hi all! Are you excited for the weekend? I decided to rush a show this morning, but I was super slow and got to the theatre 30 minutes after they opened. For rush, it's first-come, first-serve, the morning of and they are way cheap. I figured I would probably miss out on rush tickets and head to other theatres, but I got them. Then I got home and checked the seating chart and it's front row! LOL. I don't think I've ever been front row at a Broadway show! I'll report back!

As you may have seen already, KBShimmer teamed up author Emily Liebert to create a duo based off of her newest book. I do love to read, but I just don't do it enough anymore. I read so much all year, that my brain seems to shut off. Also, I'm the kind of reader where I go ALL IN. This means when I start a book, I'll disappear for two days and finish it and do nothing else LOL. I can't just read a chapter and take a break. While I haven't read this book let, the cover alone shows me how well this duo works.

My darling niece turns 3 today! I seriously don't know where time goes! Since I posted the Jessica Cosmetics California Girl last month, I had noted that I really wanted to do a gradient between two of the colors. LOL, well a month later, and I finally decided to do that gradient. And since today is my niece's birthday, I decided I had to do something in honor of her!
