Zoya has released a trio for the winter and it's definitely giving me Valentine's Day vibes. You should grab this now for it! Gradient anyone?! Anyway, Zoya has slowly released polishes in this holo finish and I love it. It's scattered and dimensional and I wish they would release more!

Zoya Winter Holo Trio, Swatches and Review |
Zoya Brighton: 3 coats. This is a soft neutral with scattered holo. 2 coats had a bit of VNL and leveling issues so I found that 3 coats made it nice and pretty. I can see myself wearing this, as I love sparkly neutrals.

Ok, so not trying to start any controversy, but I felt as I wore this version of Brighton, that it looked a bit different. So I pulled out the old one, and I think I'm correct. This current Brighton has a more scattered holo and is a smidge more taupe where as the Brighton from Bridal Bliss has a stronger holo and is lighter in color. You decide.

Zoya Cadence: 3 coats. I bet you can wear this in two coats. I had a tiny bit of VNL which is because of my opaque nail line. Cadence is a classic bubblegum pink. Again, something about this pink is the perfect Valentine's Day pink!

Zoya Everly: 2 coats. My favorite of the trio! This is described as a fuchsia red, which means depending on your skin tone, it may pull more pink or more red. Mine is somewhere in the middle and it gives the most amazing coloring. This will be gorgeous on everyone. It's a shade I don't see often.

I'm so glad that Zoya is doing holos. Gotta add one to my list
ReplyDeleteSame! I hope they do this finish in more colors. I love the scattered finish.
DeleteI really appreciate the sun shots - I didn’t see much holo in the press photos but it makes sense now knowing it’s a scattered holo not a linear! Also, good eye on Brighton!
ReplyDeleteThey are definitely more scattered and since the sun was out, I figured they can’t hurt! There’s definitely a difference but it’s ever so slight.
DeleteThese are gorgeous! I especially like Everly on you.
ReplyDeleteThat’s my standout favorite.
DeleteLove these, especially the silver and gold ones!
ReplyDeleteGreat swatches. I think Bridal Bliss looks very nice for a neutral.
ReplyDeleteI'm not a neutral person so the two others are what I'd wear especially Everly.
ReplyDeleteI'm torn between Cadence and Everly, both are just stunning and I see some cute Valentine manis in the future!
ReplyDeleteGood eye for Brighton! Def a difference!
ReplyDeleteI love the colors and finish. But they are definitely for Valentine's Day!
ReplyDeleteThis is such a gorgeous trio! While the new Brighton is pretty, I agree that the other Brighten was a smidge different and unlucky for me I prefer the older one.
ReplyDeleteI had no idea that Zoya does holos!
ReplyDeleteI'm curious if Brighton changed in formula slightly between releases or if it is just a batch variation. I guess we won't know until we see more batches to compare.
