Did you all have crazy rain storms today? We did and it came down hard! Anyway, I spent an hour on nail art last week. An hour. And guess what? I hated it. I didn't even take pictures of it because it made me rage. So I removed it immediately and noticed I didn't put away some glitters and flakes from Born Pretty yet and decided, LET'S THROW THEM ALL TOGETHER and that's how this mani came to be.

I knew I wanted a deep purple base, rather than a black on. I chose Girly Bits She's Got Grape Tips. This is a one coater purple creme, that was part of the February 2017 CoTM. I love pulling out older colors!

Then I used Unicorn Glitter #5 and Chameleon Holo Flakes in #2 and #5, and randomly smooshed them all over my nails. There was no rhyme or reason; I just simply covered the majority of my nails!  I did need two coats of top coat, but it was so worth it!

Since there's holo flakes in two of them, I decided to check them out in the sun, and it does sparkle a lot! I just love how rainbowy this is! I have wanted to to dump a ton of flakes and glitters on my nails for a long time, and I loved it! My student said my nails made her dizzy! LOL.

Here's where this manicure REALLY steals the show! In the shade and in normal lighting, the unicorn and chameleon shifts are awesome. AWESOME. I dare you to find a color that's NOT in this manicure!
