Hello February! Unfortunately, my sickness just will not quit and it is really putting my nails on the back burner. I cannot tell you how many times I messed up today's look because of sneezing or ridiculous coughs that sound like sneezes. I am feeling on the up though, so that is good news! But now I am drowning in my coursework...doctorates are super time consuming LOL. Let's check out my first Valentine's Day nail art!
I have had this on my art to-do list forever! Like literally, years. I love cutie little puns. You have a piece of my heart...just in case you did not get it! So here is my version on my nails! As you know, I am not a fan of handwriting on my nails. I frankly just stink at it. But I try and I do think this is legible enough!
Here are the colors for this nail art:
- Pink base: Zoya Jordan
- Beige brown for Pizza crust: Dare to Wear Felicity
- Yellow for Cheese: Dare to Wear Chamomile
- Red for Pepperoni and letters: Morgan Taylor Classic Red Lips
- Green for Peppers: Zoya Josie
So what do you think of my first Valentine's design? I hope to have at least three more! We will see though, as Mardi Gras is on February 13th so they will overlap!

Thank you! Yes, I actually got a heart-shaped pizza last year haha. I think it was Papa John's but a lot of places do it. Thanks for the well wishes...I think I am over the hurdle!
