Alter Ego Diamond, April Color of the Month

Hello all! I have another Alter Ego offering today, which is her color of the month. These colors are inspired by monthly gemstones. April is diamond, so of course we have a sparkly color. This is available for a while, but you can pick it up with her other monthly offerings, if you have missed out. Let's check out more pictures!

Diamond: 3 coats. This is a "shimmery, sparkly, polish that you'll need sunglasses in the sun. It looks white but technically it is silver." This is sheer and you can obviously put it over white or any base color, but I wanted to see how it built up. The VNL is not that bad in person but is highlighted in my photos. I also have a very opaque nail line, so mine always shows up. I do love the subtle sparkly color on my nail!

 

And of course, here it is in the sun and in its sparkly glory. You can see VNL in direct sun, but it was not as obvious in person. In the shade, the metallic-ness almost looks pink/champagne. It is really pretty!

 

I wanted to coordinate some stamping! I could not find my diamond plate so I went some sparkles, which hello, is what diamonds do. I did a white stamp because I wanted it to be subtle, but there. I also adding matte top coat which is difficult to see. The polish is a great base for art!
