I know that the title of this post sounds like a doozy, but it's literally what's on my nails, LOL. This past Wednesday, I randomly got the chance to go see Katy Perry, so why not? I don't really listen to her music anymore besides what's on the radio, but I really can't pass up theme nails and a concert.

Katy Perry is all about the kawaii and pop! She isn't afraid of color. And I think she likes cats. So, I put that all together for this ridiculous nail look. By the way, the concert was ridiculous in a good way. A total huge performance with 50 foot puppets and my eyes were like on sensory overload. I enjoyed myself!

I thought it would be easier to list what I used. I simply started with a white-ish base, and painted pinwheel sections of my nails. I didn't color in the neons fully, but left it more like a dry brush.

White Base: Essie In a Blush
Pink: Bluebird Lacquer Neither Here Nor There
Orange: Bluebird Lacquer Not Quite There
Yellow: KBShimmer All the Bright Moves
Green: KBShimmer For Sail By Owner
Blue: Stella Chroma Puffo
Glitter: Sinful Colors Urban Magic 

After I put on the glitter topper, I pulled out these absolutely ridiculous cat water decals from Born Pretty and put them on my nails. Nothing beats floating cat heads on your nails.

I actually wore these shiny but my camera was like NOPE with the neon, sparkle, and cats! LOL. But here's two pictures.
