Zoya Cricket, March Color of the Month

Continuing my game of catch up, I am posting the Zoya March quad. As of this post, Cricket is actually still available and the April color is out now (mine should be arriving by Monday), so you could potentially grab both. Three of the four quad colors are available so let's take a look. 

 

 

 

A Shade Steeped in Symbolism

I did not receive the postcard this round, hence no picture with it (and I do love those pictures, dang!)

 

 

To complement this stunning green, Zoya introduces the Cricket-Inspired Quad, a curated set featuring:

• Cricket – A luminous spring green that signals the arrival of brighter days.
• Stassi – A brilliant citron green with a gold metallic glaze and holographic finish in Zoya’s exclusive liquid-metal holographic jelly formula.
• Vienna – A balanced, radiant gold infused with iridescent shimmer, flakes, and pearl to add warmth and light to any look.
• Chelsea – A powdered blush cream that adds a soft, modern contrast to Cricket’s bold energy.

 

Cricket has a lot of yellow tone in it so I do like it. It was great in two coats (and I added top coat here). I do love this quad as the colors work together. Chelsea is a nice palette cleanser as well. 

 

On mistake, Zoya sent Apple in place of Stassi. So naturally, I had to compare then. I long purged Apple and probably will again. It is a basically shimmering green. I also then realized that Stassi looked similar to Lucky, which was the March 2024 color of the month. Honestly, they are so close, I do not plan to keep Stassi. I felt Lucky was more opaque and a richer green although Stassi had more gold shimmer. They have the same glitters and base color though.

 

 

 

While the quad is no longer available, Cricket, Stassi, and Chelsea are. Unfortunately, Vienna is no longer available, which was a previous color of the month.
