Fourth of July Leopard Nail Art

 Press Sample

If you have followed this blog at all, you know I love leopard print nail art. It's just such an easy art! I have done it in all color variations, but never a patriotic Fourth of July look. Well, better late than never, cause that's what I have to share with you today!

Leopard print is just so effortless. Literally paint your nails whatever base you want. Then add some blobs. At first, the blobs will look horrible and you will want to take off your nail art. But don't! I swear, every time I do leopard nail art, I'm like this will be horrible.

After your blobs dry down a little bit, grab a striping brush. In another color, add lines outlining your blog. Don't fully outline it! Then it'll look like circles. And after you do this, if there is a lot of empty space, use the outlining color and add some squiggles. It will look amazing!

The colors I used are below. I have to tell you, I did so many versions of this look on my nail art mat. I tried white base, blue blobs, red blobs, red base. Like probably 7 different versions. No joke. This was the end winner!

  • Base: Jessica Cosmetics Headliner
  • Blue: Jessica Cosmetics Oasis
  • Red: China Glaze Flame-Boyant
  • White: KBShimmer White Here White Now

I couldn't decide what polish I liked holding more. If you didn't know, sometimes the polish bottle can alter the look of the colors, especially with nail art, as there are many colors. That is why you sometimes see me switching between bottles in photographs.

I will have another Fourth of July look coming up, because why not?! America! 🎇🎆
