An NOTD for you today featuring a beautiful blue polish from CbL, so let's take a look!

Independence Day: 2 coats plus top coat. Although this is called Indepedence Day, this blue jelly polish with holo microglitter is a the perfect backdrop for winter nail art! I can't wait to stamp silver snowflakes over it. It's a vibrant cobalt blue that is really sparkly and rich in person. This dries a bit gritty, so top coat is important. No formula issues and no staining for me to report. Like with any blue or green polish, I try to remove the polish in one swipe so I don't potentially stain my cuticles.
