Halloween Nail Art: Caffeinated Ghosty ☕️ 👻

Press Sample

Ok so I have already noticed that ghosts are a huge theme of my Halloween nail art this season. I have them doing all sorts of things. This time, it is what the ghost does before he goes spooking the town. He has coffee! I saw Steffy on Instagram wearing a sweater of a ghost drinking coffee and that is what inspired this look! ☕️👻☕️

I started with the main ghost image of his with a mug of coffee. That I freehanded. Then for my accent nails, I mixed up coffee images and some sayings. Do you love the "But First, Coffee" saying. I'm naming this guy Ghosty and he loves coffee just like me!

I really wanted a coffee color base but I also did not want a straight brown. I found this KBShimmer which afterward, realized is a magnetic. But I absolutely love that it is awesome without a magnet. It is the right shade of coffee brown with a little fun on flecks in it!

  • Base: KBShimmer Light My Fire (not magnetized)
  • Black and white cremes
  • Orange: Jessica Cosmetics Bahama Mama
  • Brown: Zoya Evan
  • Plates: Lina Spookilicious 01 and UC 2-01

I also wanted to post without the bottle because sometimes I think nail art looks better without it! I love the little Boo! over the coffee mug. The stamping images had hearts, so I added pumpkins over it. Is it a little messy? Yes. Do I love this still? Yes!

Just looking back at these pictures make me smile. Ghosty is so so cute!

  1. This is so adorable. Even Ghosty needs caffeine.....he has long hours . I realized that is a KBShimmer polish I don't have......gasp. Not sure why. Great manicure. Thanks for sharing 💜💜👻👻👻👻

    1. This was PPU polish, so maybe that's why? I love it so much unmagnified. I also run on caffeine...so much in common with the ghosty.
