Can you believe I am actually posting an HHC polish on time? They are always sent on time, I’m just always late. I love that Cynthia is exposing me to all new flowers. I have a Pinterest board of flowers I love and I’ve been having fun looking at these as I get the polishes in. This is available July 14-21, so let’s take a look at more photos.
Her Majesty Tall Bearded Iris: 2 coats plus top coat. “You decide if you see pink, lavender or lilac with a heavy white shimmer and micro fuchsia metallic glitter.” Her description made me laugh because it is so true. Depending on your lighting and skin tone, you may see pink or a purpley shade of lilac. If you look up the flower, you will see it has purple and pink tones, so this color is very appropriate. This had full coverage in two coats but dried somewhat textured because of the glitters but one coat of top coat smoothed it out.
Here is the polish in the sunlight. There is a smattering of holo glitter but all my pictures decided to be blurry. But I promise there is some rainbow sparkle in this polish. It’s so sparkly altogether.
Just some shade photos for the details of the finish. The base is slightly frosty but not like 80s frosty. The darker glitter is really pretty against the lighter base.
Although the polish dries a bit matte, I still added matte top coat! I do love how the tiny glitters look with the matte top coat.
