Alter Ego Moonstone, March Color of the Month

Happy weekend! As I mentioned, Alter Ego has five different releases (6 including PPU), so I am sharing the rest in the next few days. Moonstone is part of her color of the month series which used gemstones of the month as inspiration. As usual, I have some nail art to coordinate. This is available now along with Color Burst and Snake Charmer!

Moonstone: 2 coats but did 3 plus top coat. There really wasn't a difference at 3 though, so stick to two. This is a dark green base with metallic red flakes. This is a totally different take on moonstone. I'm used to the cloudy version with blue and pink sparks. At least, that is the moonstone I have.

I have been having fun stamping according to the name. Moonstone inspired the stars and moon stamping. I wanted the colors to pop so I went with a yellow gold. I love how this pops over the base. It definitely gives me Christmas vibes.
