Christmas Holly Nail Art

 Hi all! Yesterday I shared Alter Ego Dwarf, which will be available tomorrow, 12/15. The red glitters inspired me for some holiday nail art! I super love how this cam out and it was so simply and easy to do, so let's check it out. Part of me wants to put this back on for Christmas!

 

I already had on my base of Alter Ego Dwarf when I did this nail art. I liked the moodiness of the base and decided to go with a similar color palette and add holly nail art. Well, I am obsessed! I did not get too detailed but went with something simple against the busy glitter base!

First, I started with the holly berries so I could position the holly leaves. I tried to do a different position on each nail because when you look at any floral arrangement, the flowers naturally move in different directions. I did not use a super bright red on purpose. I wanted the art to be subtle, but very clearly still there.

I used all Zoyas for the nail art:

• Green Base leaf: Zoya Jace
• Green shimmer in leaf: Zoya Eunice
• Darker Green: Zoya Wyatt
• Red: Zoya Soko
• White: Zoya Snow White

I like the hint of shimmer from Eunice and the little white in the berries just to accent the shape. I topped everything with matte!
