This has been a slow swatching summer. This just means I have been doing lots of art! But it has just been so hot, so I have not wanted to do intricate art. And this is the weirdest inspiration: Peg Bundy's shirt from Married with Children. Yup! We were watching an old episode and she had such a fun shirt on. Here's my nails!

Who doesn't love neons in the summer? I have to be honest, I never wear black nails! I use black solely for art. I chose to use Stella Chroma's New Moon as my base because it has a squishy feel. Lots of people make one coat blacks and they stain like crazy. I use those for swatching glitters and art. New Moon is perfect for art!

Here are the colors I used for this look. I haven't pulled out a China Glaze in a while and I need to do more digging. Before using the neons, I actually did the dots in white first, just so the colors would pop off the base more.

Black: Stella Chroma New Moon
White: KBShimmer White Here White Now
Pink: Morgan Taylor Tag You're It
Orange: ORLY Mayhem Mentality (purchased)
Yellow: KBShimmer All the Bright Moves
Green: KBShimmer Race Against Slime
Purple: China Glaze Summer Reign **an edit: this stained SO bad! Like through the white base, two coats of black, and base coat. I have purple dots on my nails now!**
