So I totally wrote up this post for this past Monday and then noticed that it never published. When I went into blogger, it was totally gone! Le sigh. But I need to share this awesome mani with you! Again, I had so many people making comments on these! I only took them off to do my Bender galaxy mani, so I wore these for over a week (and then I chopped my nails off!). Neon forever.

First, I want to share a tweezer I used for this manicure! As you can see, this manicure is a gradient, which means it's a mess! I used latex barrier and I specifically wanted to use this slanted tweezer to help with clean up. This is a multichrome tool and can be found HERE. It's #12 and retails for $2.59. Action shot! I can't tell you how many times I've dinged my mani removing latex barrier. With the slanted tweezer, it's much easier to grip! I also wanted to share how the sponge looks with the gradient.

So the inspiration for this mani was Katy Perry! I purchase her shoes a lot (especially when on sale). She sells super funky flats. I was browsing and a model was holding a shoe and had a similar mani! I went back to screenshot it and it was already gone. But I think what I loved seeing was the Vertical  gradient. I am so used to a horizontal gradient.

Note to self: do way more vertical gradients. All ten nails took about 40 minutes. I feel like it's good to know how long these take. I did the white base, the gradient, the holo top coat, the pink dots, the black lines, and the end! I just love this!
