Hello All! Sorry for my unexpected absence. I've been very sick and even though I had my swatches done, I really couldn't bring myself to look at a computer. I wanted to get up the Summer collection from Morgan Taylor since it's in collaboration with the film Rocketman, which releases today! Are you planning on seeing the film? I feel like artist biopics are all the rage right now and this one is about Elton John. It includes seven shades inspired by his life and career. Let's check them out!

Tickle My Keys: 2 coats plus top coat.  This is my favorite of the two pinks. It's a bright bubblegum color and I love the 2 coat formula. Since it's bright and somewhat neon, it dried a little matte, so I added top coat for shine. So girly. Love it!

Glow Like a Star: 3 coats plus top coat. Yes please to a yellow creme! I love yellow and I'm happy to see it in this collection! Honestly, I probably could have gotten away with 2 coats, which makes this super impressive! Lovely color--it's brighter than other yellows too.

Put On Your Dancin Shoes: 2 coats plus top coat. Reds alway have VNL on me. So I stuck with two coats, knowing a third wouldn't make a different. This is the one color I'm meh about. Sure, it's a classic red creme, but I just think I have 100 of them, and from this brand! It does have a nice formula, which I always expect from Morgan Taylor.

Just Me and My Piano: 2 coats plus top coat. This is a neon purple creme. It's much more neon in person! It's very bright and definitely for any purple lover. It went on like butter!

It's the Shades: 2 coats plus top coat. This is a classic hot pink creme for the summer. Nothing too wild but it has a nice and creamy formula. Like the colors above, since it has some neon, it dries a bit matte so top coat brings out the shine.

Sir Teal To You: 2 coats plus top coat. This is a teal shimmer and I'm actually glad that I was able to get this color accurate haha. Teal can be such a pain. It's vibrant and fun for summer and the shimmer is a nice balance to the color.

Bedazzle Me: 1 coat over Just Me and My Piano and 3 thin coats. This is supposed to be reminiscent of a disco ball! You can use it as a glitter overlay, like I've shown first below. Or you could go wild, and wear it on its own. It's a silver holo base but then there's gold, green, pink, purple, blue, red--basically the rainbow, of all glitters in this polish. It's so sparkly and so fun. I love it on its own. It's one of those glitters that will look nice over any color.
