Oh hey, Happy December! I'm kicking off the month with Girly Bits December 2018 Colors of the Month! She went with classic Christmas colors. Of course, if you don't celebrate Christmas, this is still a gorgeous red and green! I'm glad I got these up today, because there's a discount on the duo until December 10, but these will be available through January 1!

All I Want Fir Christmas Is You: 2 coats. Girly Bits calls this a saturated emerald green jelly, with green to gold shimmer and colour shifting iridescent flakes. I think saturated jelly means it's squishy, but doesn't have that frustrating visible nail line. When I see this green, I immediately think of pine trees! The gold flakes and shimmer just float against the green base. I really love this one.

Sleigh My Name, Sleigh My Name: 2 coats. This is a saturated red jelly with a strong metallic shimmer. It says it's a jelly, but no fear, it's not sure. There's a little VNL, but that always with me and red polish. The shimmer is really bright, and it is super glowy. I like the red shimmer on top of the red polish!

These are such classic Christmas colors, and the shimmers are beautiful at that. Even though I've been doing vampy toes and normally I do creme pedicures, I'm thinking Sleigh My Name needs to go on my toes!
The December CotM will be available through January 1. Each polish retails for $16.50 CAD but they will be on sale as a duo for $30 CAD through December 10th.
