Leopard Nail Art with Morgan Taylor African Safari Collection

  Press Sample

I couldn't imagine doing any other nail art with the Morgan Taylor African Safari collection that wasn't animal print. I think you know my love affair with leopard print nails. I'll say it again: I do not like leopard print designs anywhere but I LOVE them on my nails!

I started with one coat of Naughty by Neutral, which is an awesome neutral tan creme. It isn't perfect for my skin tone, but I knew it would be awesome for nail art.

Then I took Are You Lion To Me and randomly dabbed on some spots with a nail art sponge. It's not supposed to be perfect, but rather blobs of color to accent the neutral base.

Then with a dotting tool, I made random blobs with Wanna Share a Tent (red) and No Sudden Mauves (mauve). Lastly, I outlined my spots. I paired Wanna Share a Tent with No Cell, Oh Well (blue) and No Sudden Mauves with Off the Grid (brown-black).

I am IN LOVE!!! I was nervous with the two colored spots, but I'm totally digging how this came out. This is the coolest leopard I know. It's my Morgan Taylor leopard!

Before I took it off, I decided to matte it. Love it! I thought I loved it shiny and that's how I wore it for 5 days but the matte is stunning. I love it more!

The great thing about this collection is that most colors are one coaters and perfect for nail art. No waiting around for for my base color to dry or the nail art. It was a super quick mani from start to finish! The African Safari collection is available now and each color retails for $9 and can be found online and in Ulta.
