13 Days of Halloween: Candy Corn Nail Art

Press Sample

It's not Halloween if you don't have candy corn nails! I really wanted to do PLAIN old candy corn nails since I currently have almond-ish nails. My nails look like candy! I really wanted a classic look, so a little gradient with some glitter is all I needed for today!

I used most Jessica Cosmetics products for this look. The white is Jessica Phenom Laffy Taffy, Jessica Cosmetics Yellow, and Jessica Cosmetics Orange. I did a base of the white with one coat just so that the orange and yellow would pop off the white.

Then I used a makeup sponge and did a gradient so my nails would look like candy corn. I made my pointy tips white, just like the candy! After I did the gradient, I added a little spice with Sinful Colors Urban Magic. It brought my candy corn look together!

Can you see my pointed tips? It is so much more obvious in person but it's so subtle in pictures. I dig it and my students noticed the tips too!

  7. This is super cute. I don't like candy corn themselves, but I think a candy corn mani is a fun way to enter fall!!

  8. Very cute! This was one of the first nail art manis (minus the sparkles) that I ever did, and I'm sad to say that I haven't still graduated to the more challenging ones yet.
