Born Pretty Rhinestone Picker Upper

Press Sample

If you're like me, you have dozens of wheels of loose sequins, glitters, and rhinestones sitting around but you're too lazy to deal with them but it takes forever to place them. Today, I'm sharing a super simple pencil that helps ease the process of placing glitters! Check out my review below!

So the pencil comes in a set of two and it comes un-sharpened. It's mean to help ease the process of glitter/rhinestone/any sort of loose sequin placement. Currently, I wet the tip of a thin dotting tool, and it's supper frustrating and annoying LOL.

I sharpened the pencil in a normal electric sharpener and it worked perfectly. Because this is a wax pencil, the glitters sort of stick to the pencil tip.

So I did this in just a few minutes! It was so easy! You just sort of press the wax tip on to the desired glitter. Then, because your polish should be wet/tacky with placement, it releases right off the pencil. This made doing this manicure SUPER easy. I no longer dread placement as much haha!

  1. Sounds like a really handy tool. Do you have to be concerned about a right side or wrong side of the charms? I’ve never used them but with this wax pencil, maybe I could start

  2. I was wondering how well these worked! I like to use rhinestones on occasion, but picking them up, keeping them from flipping over the wrong way, and placing where I want them has kept me from using them as much as I would like. These pencils would be perfect!
