KBShimmer Insert Coin, June Polish Pickup

Press Sample

I'm here with a new batch of Polish Pickup polishes for June. This month is video game themed and KBShimmer went with vintage arcades (lol at me calling it vintage) when you insert coins! Fun! I remember strolling San Francisco at the famous penny arcade and feeling nostalgic.

Insert Coin: 2 coats plus top coat. This is a magnetic polish! I'm first showing you this polish in both its states. On the outer nails is the polish in its natural state. It's a grey/brown/green type holo. It's super unique.

The middle nails are with me using a magnet across my nail like a slant. That brings out the multichrome. How crazy? Gold, purple, blue, and teal pop out!

Here it is in the shade, to show off the flakes and holo finish.

Then I did all my nails in the magnetic form. I added a third coat of polish to the outer nails (it needs wet polish to get the magnetic effect). On my index, I held the magnet vertical. On my pinky, I help it the opposite slant direction of my niddle nails.

I find the terrible lighting in my office shows off multichromes so well! You can see the gold and green better this way.

Hello sunshine! I wanted to show off the holo effect of the polish. It's a nice sparkle without being too in your face! It doesn't overpower the multichrome.

I'm sharing all of these because of the fun color shift, if you didn't realize.

    1. It wasn’t that bad to swatch! I think I took 75 of each polish though since they are so shifty!

    1. Yes!! Totally outer space. Luckily, there is no limit on this one, so if you sleep in, you’ll be okay!
