Girly Bits Put Your Strap On, June Polish Pickup

Press Sample

Everyone has been super creative with their interpretations of video games for Polish Pickup. Today, Girly Bits is sharing their polish Put Your Strap On (bigggg lol) inspired by the Wii and the controls that you're supposed to use with a safety strap, LOL. I remember when the Wii came out and everyone would chuck their controller and break stuff, hence, Put Your Strap On!

Put Your Strap On: 2-3 coats. I did 3, since I had a tiny bit of VNL on my index nail. This is a white-based crelly with the most intense and vibrant blue shimmer that I have ever seen. It also has blue flakes and a bit of holo glitter. I just can't get over how glowy this color. It also perfectly represents the white and blue of the Wii logo.

The vibrant blue shimmer is so in your face, but I wanted to share sun shots as well. You can see the holo bits in the sun, and just appreciate how gorgeous this polish is!

  12. I never had a Wii but I remember when it was sold without the strap and then they came out with the strap for that reason! I love that it only takes 2 coats for this to be opaque... 3 if you go thin. White can be so fickle!

  13. Ok, the name has me dead! We recently introduced our 5 year old to the Wii and had a laugh with that prompt. As for the polish, I shy away from most white based ones, but this is too pretty to pass up!
